Job summary

Valor Hospitality is seeking an adaptable Bar Tender for occasional shifts, paying £12.71 per hour. You will mix drinks, provide friendly service, and help create memorable experiences for guests in a busy hospitality environment.

Applicants should have hospitality or retail experience, good English, and a customer-focused mindset. You’ll work as part of a team, follow health and safety standards, and support the Food & Beverage department as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or retail focused on customer experiences.
• Excellent customer service experience in creating enjoyable moments.
• Good understanding of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Crafting Delight: Serve beverages following hotel policy and liquor licensing laws, and suggest exciting options.
• Service Excellence: Deliver consistently excellent customer service to guests.
• Transaction Savvy: Handle cash, credit cards, and guest accounts per procedures.
• Spotless Setup: Keep bar and service areas clean and presentable.
• Shift Ready: Prepare for shifts using departmental checklists to ensure readiness.
• Stock Management: Rotate and display bar stocks, ensuring products are served in top-notch condition.
• Safety First: Observe Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations as a priority.
• Team Player: Support Food & Beverage with additional duties as needed.
