Job summary

Oak View Group is recruiting for BOH porters to support the Sky Garden operation. You will assist with goods delivery, stock control and cost-efficient use of BOH spaces, ensuring accurate goods reception and smooth daily running.

The role offers on-site work with benefits including training, meal allowances, venue discounts, and a refer-a-friend bonus. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in a porter or back of house role is beneficial but not required.
• Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to support multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods to departments, both internal and external.
• Maintain, monitor and control stock as directed by the BOH manager and Heads of Department.
• Ensure efficient use of Sky Garden and Larch Restaurant BOH areas.
• Ensure accuracy of all goods received.
• Support continuous improvement of the BOH department and activities.

Role Purpose

We're looking for BOH porters to help the smooth running of Sky Gardens busy hospitality operation, you'll be making things tick behind the scenes.

What we're looking for

• A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in a similar porter or back of house role is beneficial but not essential
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A hands on approach with a willingness to support multiple departments

What you'll be doing
