Job summary

Škoda Newport, part of the Sinclair Group, is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to deliver premium customer experiences in our showroom. You will guide customers through the full sales journey, presenting vehicles, discussing finance options, and following up leads to maximise opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and a proactive attitude to succeed. A full UK driving licence is essential and automotive experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous sales background or retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in customer interactions.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Your duties will include: As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in shaping the customer journey:

• Building strong customer relationships and guiding them through the entire sales process
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicles and finance options
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
• Following up leads to maximise every opportunity
• Managing accurate sales administration including finance, part-exchange, and handover documentation
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve personal and team targets
• The ideal applicant will have some previous sales background and demonstrate a confident manner when speaking with customers. We are looking for someone who can represent the Škoda brand with confidence and integrity:
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or automotive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• A proactive, positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed
• Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple customers
• A full UK driving licence
• Automotive experience is an advantage, but we welcome strong sales talent from other industries.
