Škoda Newport, part of the Sinclair Group, is seeking a customer-focused Sales Executive to join the successful showroom sales team in Newport. You will represent a trusted automotive brand, deliver an outstanding showroom experience from initial enquiry to handover, and build lasting client relationships.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped earnings potential and a company car, with training and development opportunities within a supportive, family-run business.

Formación

• Experience in sales or automotive environments.
• Strong customer-service orientation and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them through the sales journey.
• Understand customer needs and propose the right vehicle and finance options.
• Demonstrate vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Follow up enquiries and maximise every sales opportunity.
• Manage sales administration including finance and vehicle documentation.
• Aim to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all stages of the journey.

Salary: £20,000 basic salary with uncapped earning potential, plus company car

As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while delivering an outstanding showroom experience from initial enquiry through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the sales journey
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right vehicle and finance solutions
• Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with confidence and enthusiasm
• Following up enquiries and maximising every sales opportunity
• Managing accurate sales administration, including finance and vehicle documentation
• Achieving individual and team sales targets
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales, retail, customer service or automotive environments
• Is confident, professional and customer-focused
• Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Is organised and able to manage multiple customer enquiries
• Holds a full UK driving licence

Motor trade experience is advantageous, but not essential. If you have a successful sales background and a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
