Job summary

A leading waste management firm is seeking an experienced Skip & RoRo Driver to join its Caythorpe depot in the United Kingdom. In this role, you will ensure the safe collection and transport of waste using our modern fleet. The ideal candidate will hold a valid UK Class 2 licence and have experience in the waste sector. This position offers consistent hours with occasional overtime, full PPE and uniform provided, and opportunities for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence with current Driver CPC is essential.
• Experience in skip/RoRo operations within the waste sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of waste hierarchy and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate skip loaders and RoRo vehicles for waste collection.
• Execute efficient route planning to improve productivity.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at collection points.
