Qualifications

• Proven experience as a therapist and/or trainer within salons, spas, aesthetic clinics, or a skin health distribution company.
• Strong knowledge of treatments, skincare, and sales techniques.
• Experience delivering training in group and one-to-one settings.

Responsibilities

• Train groups of skincare therapists to ensure a full understanding of products.
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain strong relationships.
• Film educational social media content as required.

Skills

Experience as a therapist/trainer

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Further professional certification (CIDESCO, CIBTAC)
