Job summary

Reed is seeking an experienced Beauty Therapy Course Team Leader to head and develop the full-time and commercial Beauty Therapy provision in a Further Education setting in West London. The role requires industry expertise in Laser & IPL, advanced beauty therapies, and curriculum leadership.

The successful candidate will manage programmes, drive recruitment and achievement, support quality improvement, lead teaching staff, and build strong employer partnerships to meet industry demand.

Qualifications

• Level 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy.
• Recognised teaching qualification (minimum Level 5) and assessor qualification (A1/TAQA) or equivalent.
• IQA qualification (IQA) or equivalent and teaching/assessing experience in Beauty Therapy.
• Industry experience in Laser treatments and delivery of Level 2–4 Beauty Therapy programmes.
• Previous curriculum leadership or course coordination experience.

• Teach across Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4 Beauty Therapy programmes.
• Deliver and oversee commercial courses including Laser & IPL, Skin Needling and Skin Peeling.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Beauty Therapy professional to lead and develop both full-time and commercial Beauty Therapy provision within a successful Further Education environment.

We are seeking an industry-experienced educator with specialist knowledge of Laser & IPL treatments, advanced beauty therapy techniques, and curriculum leadership. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of programmes, drive learner recruitment and achievement, support quality improvement activities, and lead a team of teaching staff.

Desirable

• Experience leading curriculum teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop income-generating provision.
• Track record of improving learner outcomes and quality standards.
