Dermapure Clinical is seeking a Customer Care & Sales Executive for a full-time, in-office role at our Weybridge head office. You will deliver memorable customer experiences, handle inquiries, and support the sales team with order processing and follow-ups.

You will engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone, prioritise tasks, and work with the warehouse to ensure timely despatches. A can-do attitude and a service-focused mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Positive, proactive customer service mindset with a professional phone manner.
• Experience in a customer service/admin role is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.

Mansioni

• Oversee the order process from the online website to delivery in Weybridge.
• Provide outstanding customer care to existing and prospective customers.
