Clinique is seeking a Counter Manager to lead our retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets at our counter. You will guide staff, tailor skincare and makeup recommendations, and drive in-store events to engage clients while maintaining high standards of service and store presentation.

The role requires flexibility in hours and a passion for beauty, with a focus on customer care and results. Right to work in the country must be provided during interview.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in retail or customer services
• Ability to understand client skincare and makeup goals and recommend routines
• Passion for inspirational, personalized customer service
• Experience in creating and executing in-store events
• Approachable, friendly personality
• Flexible availability across days/hours; discuss availability with hiring manager
• Proof of right to live and work in the country
