Clinique is seeking a Counter Manager to lead a counter team in Wilmslow. You will create and execute an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through targeting, events, and exceptional customer care.

You will drive performance by coaching your team and delivering a standout in-store experience, aligning with Clinique's skincare, makeup and fragrance portfolio. The role focuses on creating a memorable customer journey, leading with energy, passion for beauty, and a customer-centric

• Proven retail management or assistant management experience, preferably in beauty or fast-paced retail.
