Job summary

Education Partnership North East (EPNE) is seeking an adaptable role-holding educator to plan and deliver engaging learner sessions across diverse cohorts. You will support participants in developing practical skills, track progress, and coordinate meaningful placement opportunities with partners.

• Qualified to level 3 or above in a relevant subject
• English and maths to a minimum of level 2
• Full clean driving license

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging sessions tailored to individual learner needs and project goals
• Support participants in developing practical skills, confidence, and employability skills
• Track and monitor learner progress, including managing documentation for work experience (WEX) and industry placement records
• Collaborate with colleagues, employers, and partner organisations to coordinate meaningful placement opportunities
• Maintain accurate administrative records and contribute to regular reporting and evaluation activities

About the College

Sunderland College has been delivering highly successful courses for more than 20 years and is one of the largest providers of post-16 education in the North East with approximately 14,300 students.

• Ability to plan and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and targets
• Ability to develop effective working partnerships with colleagues and students
