Job summary

Qualifications

• No previous job-coaching experience required.
• Understanding SEN and how to support young people effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support a small group of around 3-4 learners in the classroom and at work placements.
• Bridge between learner and employer to support progression.
• Assist with travel training and independent use of public transport.
• Help learners understand their roles, routines and responsibilities.
• Support placements in logistics, libraries, and local council settings.
