We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and learner-focused Skills Coach & MIS Administrator to join our team and support apprentices undertaking AAT Level 3 and Level 4 apprenticeship programmes.
This is a varied role combining learner support, assessment, apprenticeship administration,management information and compliance. You will take responsibility for a caseload of apprentices, supporting them from enrolment through to successful completion, while also ensuring that learner, employer and programme records are accurate, complete and compliant.
The Skills Coach & MIS Administrator will work closely with learners, employers and colleagues across delivery, quality, employer engagement and finance to ensure apprentices receive high-quality support and that programme documentation, funding evidence and management information are maintained to a high standard.
The role will suit someone who enjoys working directly with learners but also has a strong eye for detail and is confident working with data, systems and processes.
If you are an experienced assessor or Skills Coach with strong administration and organisational skills, and enjoy combining learner development with compliance and accurate record keeping, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.
