Job summary

Ryanair - Europe’s Favourite Airline is seeking a maintenance technician in Prestwick to perform sheet metal repairs on aircraft components in line with approved procedures. You will also ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies while maintaining safe, clean work areas.

The role requires experience in aircraft sheet metal repairs and the ability to train others, with shifts including night work and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• A good knowledge of all aspects of aircraft sheet metal repair.
• Previous MRO component or A/C sheet metal experience.
• Willing to work shifts (including nights) and overtime when required.
• All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK.

• Ensuring documentation is completed correctly I.A.W. company procedures.
• Ensuring that company procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensuring that safe working practices are maintained at all times.
• Ensuring the work area and environment are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Carry out any additional tasks allocated by the supervisors or management.

• Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when required
• Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
• Excellent spoken and written English is essential
• Willing to work shifts (including nights)
• Flexible approach to working in a fast-changing environment
