Line Up Aviation is recruiting experienced Aircraft Sheet Metal Workers for permanent positions based at London Luton Airport. The role involves carrying out aircraft sheet metal and structural repair work within a commercial aviation maintenance environment, following approved technical data and maintaining safety, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous aircraft sheet metal work experience.
• Proven base and/or line maintenance experience on commercial aircraft.
• Strong practical sheet metal hand skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance data.

Responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft sheet metal and structural repair work.
• Undertake drilling, deburring, riveting, cutting, forming and general fabrication tasks.
• Manufacture and repair aircraft panels, structural components and associated parts.
• Remove and install fasteners as required.
• Interpret technical drawings, Structural Repair Manuals and aircraft maintenance data.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and to the required standard.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures, Part 145 requirements and relevant safety standards.

Salary: 35,125- 40,394 DOE + 2,250 shift pay

Location: London Luton Airport

Contract: Permanent

Shift: 5/5/4 night shift pattern, 19:00-07:00
