Job summary

Tai Tarian Ltd in Wales is offering a permanent Painter role at a salary of £33,024 per year. The position is full-time and based on site across our properties and assets, with 35 hours per week from 8am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will hold at least Level 3 NVQ in Painting and a valid CSCS card, plus a driving licence, to carry out repairs and maintenance to our housing stock and ensure high standards are met in a timely, efficient manner.

Qualifications

• To be successful in the role you will have a minimum Level 3 NVQ qualification in Painting and experience.
• A valid CSCS card and a valid Driving Licence are required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake repair and maintenance work to Tai Tarian properties and assets.
• Provide skilled painting services to ensure high standards are met in a timely manner.

About the role:

As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic,Painter to carry out work locally in our properties and related assets.

The role is permanent with a salary of £33,024 a year, as we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect job.

Working Hours: 35hours per week,8am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday.

Criteria for Role:

To be successful in the role ofPainter you will be required to have a minimum Level 3NVQ qualification in Painting along with experience. Along with a valid CSCS card and valid Driving Licence.

About the role

Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for undertaking repair and maintenance work to our properties. You will provide practical skilled expertise in your designate trade, to ensure our properties and communities are maintained to the highest possible standard, service demands are met timely, effectively, and efficiently.
