VanRath Search & Selection is representing a reputable organisation in Newtownabbey seeking a time-served painter to maintain and decorate void and tenanted properties across residential schemes. You will work within the construction and social housing sectors, following project specifications and safety procedures on site.

You should hold a valid CSR card, a full driving licence, and demonstrate strong customer service and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Paint void and tenanted properties to a high standard, meeting project specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver courteous service to clients and tenants.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring areas are tidy at the end of each day.
• Follow instructions closely to meet project needs and deadlines.
• Observe health and safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Complete and submit site documentation accurately and on time.
