Fusion People Ltd in Derby is seeking experienced Structural Steel Fabricators for a workshop-based role. The position offers permanent or temp-to-perm contracts with pay £15.00+ per hour (PAYE) or £19.00+ per hour (UMB).

You will fabricate structural steelwork from engineering drawings, measure, mark out, cut and assemble components, use fabrication tools and machinery, tack weld where needed, and inspect finished work to ensure quality.

• Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Previous experience in structural steel fabrication required.
• Competent with fabrication equipment and hand tools.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach.
