Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is hiring Skilled Production Operatives in Doncaster to support our ovens production. You will monitor quality, perform checks, record results, and help maintain high standards in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role is physically active, requires good numeracy and literacy, and a flexible approach to work within a team. Overtime opportunities are available and a focus on safety and GMP applies.

Qualifications

• Good numeracy and literacy are required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills desired.
• Confidence to raise quality concerns when needed.
• Manual dexterity and physical fitness for fast-paced production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products as they exit ovens and complete quality checks.
• Check products against standards and procedures.
• Record temperature, size, weight and other parameters accurately.
• Raise quality concerns promptly to the Kitchen team.
• Ensure production paperwork is completed on time for traceability.
