Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking Skilled Production Operatives to join our Doncaster operation. You will monitor products exiting the ovens, perform quality checks, and help ensure our high standards are met across our production lines.

Ideal candidates will have numeracy and literacy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a busy food manufacturing setting. This role requires physical effort and a flexible approach to shifts.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and literacy demonstrated to a good standard.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to raise quality concerns promptly.
• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness for production.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor products as they exit the ovens and perform quality checks.
• Check products against quality standards and customer specifications.
• Carry out temperature checks and record results.
• Monitor product size, weight and shape and identify non-conformances.
• Raise quality concerns with Kitchen team promptly.
• Complete production paperwork for full traceability.
• Transfer and record information accurately from sources.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards.
• Keep area clean and organized under CAYG.
• Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
• Comfortable standing and performing manual tasks during shift.
