Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic is seeking a hands-on Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at the Blagdon facility. You will operate milk mixing systems, follow recipes, perform quality checks and help keep the line running smoothly and safely.

We value teamwork, attention to detail and a proactive approach to production. Experience in a dairy or food production environment is preferred; the role is on-site with development opportunities and a collaborative, co-owned company culture.

As a key player in the production process, you'll be responsible for the accurate preparation and packing of our product- the critical base of our product line. Your role will involve operating mixing equipment, monitoring quality standards, maintaining hygiene protocols, and ensuring efficient, on-time supply to downstream production.
