We have 2 positions available, offering competitive pay and excellent benefits.

• Hourly Rate
• Shift Allowance: 15% for early and afternoon shifts
• Overtime: 50% on weekdays & Saturdays, 100% on Sundays
• Temp to Perm (perm option available after 3 months or straight away)

Role Description:

As a Skilled Fitter in our Industrial Pumps and Mixer business, you will:

• Assemble Pump & Mixer equipment according to company procedures
• Fit components/modules based on engineering drawings and technical specs
• Work collaboratively to ensure a smooth, efficient build process
• Conduct production tests and complete accurate reports
• Ensure all assembled components are fit for purpose
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely to secure parts
• Record work carried out for tracking purposes

What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Time-served apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3)
• Experience: Mechanical fitter experience (e.g., valves, compressors, machinery), NOT automotive
• Desirable: Knowledge of PC pumps, wastewater product assemblies, mechanical seals, and basic electrical experience
