Job summary

RGM Recruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Skilled Labourer for a commercial project in Folkestone, Kent. The role runs on a 9-hour day with a £17.00 per hour rate, starting Wednesday 22nd July. You will prepare floors, mask areas, apply DPM, and maintain site safety.

Candidates should have a valid CSCS card, full PPE, and prior floor prep or construction experience. Independence, teamwork, reliability, and checkable references are required.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join our team on a commercial project in Folkestone, Kent.

Duties will include:

• Preparing concrete floors ready for specialist floor coating applications.
• Masking around skirting boards and surrounding areas using masking tape to achieve a clean, professional finish.
• Applying a liquid Damp Proof Membrane (DPM) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area throughout the project.
• Following all site health and safety procedures and site rules at all times.
• Assisting with other site duties as required.

Requirements:
