Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Labourer for Exeter on a social housing contract with a busy contractor. Initially temporary, with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate.

Role is 40 hours per week, 8:00am–4:30pm, paid at £14 per hour with holiday pay. A shared van and fuel card are provided; you will collect the van from the Exeter office each morning and return it after work. DBS and CSCS/Manual Handling/W Heights required.

Responsibilities

• Assist on site with general labouring duties.
• Comfortable driving a work van daily.
• Deliver materials to site and keep areas tidy.

• Support kitchen and bathroom installations as needed.
• Report to supervisor and follow safety rules.

Skilled Labourer – Exeter

We are currently seeking a keen and hardworking Skilled Labourer to work on a social housing contract with a busy contractor on a temporary basis initially.

• £14ph holiday pay
• Shared van and fuel card – You will need to be based near the Exeter office as you will collect a work van from there each morning and return it after your days work – an hour per day can be added onto your timesheet for this.
• Weekly pay
• Possibly temp to perm for the right candidate
• 40 hours per week
• 8am – 4.30pm

You will need to be based as close to Exeter as possible, each morning you will collect the work van from office to use for the day and drop it back each evening, an hour per day can be added to your timesheet for doing this.

Skilled Labourer Day to Day:

• Assisting on site
• Comfortable driving a work van daily
• Delivering materials/ kitchens etcto site
• Site clearance and waste removal
• General labouring duties
• Supporting kitchen and bathroom installations
• Assisting trades where required
• Ensuring sites are kept safe, clean and organised
• Reporting to your supervisor
• Driving to various sites around Exeter

Skilled Labourer Requirements:

• Good attitude
• Physically fit and able
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK Manual Driving licence
• DBS will be done prior to start at your cost
• CSCS Card OR Manual Handling and Working at Heights
