Job summary

MadiganGill is seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a short project in Derby. Working on behalf of the main contractor, you will perform general labouring duties on a bank refurbishment, assisting with lifting and shifting materials and maintaining a tidy site.

The role reports to the Site Manager and is expected to last 1 week with potential for more work. Applicants must have CSCS Labourer Card and full PPE; reliability and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a CSCS Labourer Card.
• Have full PPE: hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves, goggles.
• Be hard-working, reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties on site for the bank refurbishment project.
• Lift and shift materials on site.
• Keep the site tidy and clear of hazards.

Job description

Labourer Required in Derby Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a project in Derby.

Working on behalf of the main contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this bank refurbishment project.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

The work is due to last for 1 week, potential for more work to follow on after this project.

Each Labourer must:

• Hold a CSCS Labourer Card
  * Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles)
  * Be hard working, reliable and punctual
  * Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
