Job summary

A flooring company in England is seeking an enthusiastic skilled flooring contractor due to increasing workload and new clients. The ideal candidate should be experienced in installing both sheet vinyl and Luxury Vinyl products like Karndean & Amtico. Responsibilities include liaising with clients professionally and ensuring the highest quality standards of work. Must have own tools and a van for commuting. This role offers the opportunity to work as an independent contractor and take full responsibility for service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in installing sheet vinyl with cap and coved skirting detail.
• Experience in installing Luxury Vinyl products such as Karndean & Amtico.
• Ability to level existing sub floor with a water base/latex screed compound.
• Must have own tools including a welding gun, hand and power tools.
• A valid driving license and own van are required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients onsite and maintain a professional manner.
• Ensure high-quality work and service as an independent contractor.
