Job summary

Greencore is seeking a Skilled Factory Operative for nights at our Tilmanstone site near Dover in Kent. You will work on high-speed production lines, prioritising safety, speed and accuracy while supporting a busy manufacturing environment.

The role offers permanent contract, night shifts, and an hourly rate of £15.77–£16.17, with overtime options and parking facilities. Experience in manufacturing and basic English/maths are essential for success.

The site employs around 850 people and produces millions of bags of leafy salads and prepared vegetables for a dedicated customer. It is only 8 miles from Dover.About the role.We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products.
