Job summary

Greencore, at our Old Leake site near Boston, Lincolnshire, is hiring Factory Operatives for a permanent role on day shifts. You will work on our chilled Italian ready meals and deli product lines, with overtime opportunities and a clear progression path to skilled operative within 3–6 months.

The role requires drive, a willingness to learn Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, PPE compliance and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Candidate should have a drive, motivation and ambition.
• Willingness to learn about Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to wear PPE and be a hardworking team player.
• Attention to detail and basic English and Maths.
