Greencore is recruiting for a Semi-Skilled Factory Operative (Days) at the Bourne site. You will operate CCPs, manage metal detection, and support line leadership to ensure accurate check-weighing and high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers day shifts, a permanent contract, and benefits as part of a large UK-wide food producer. Training and development are provided to help you progress within Greencore.

Qualifications

• Familiar with CCP procedures and metal detection checks.
• Experience leading or coordinating a production line.
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices and GMP.

It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding.About the role.We manufacture a wide range of high-quality chilled products for our dedicated customers at our sites. Our production lines are non-stop, so you’ll be kept busy creating our products.
