Job summary

Greencore operates a permanent Night Shift Production Operative role at our Sutton Bridge site, working nights on a 4 on 4 off pattern (18:00–06:00). You’ll contribute to producing high-quality chilled Indian and Chinese ready meals in a fast-paced environment.

We value drive, teamwork and attention to detail, with on-the-job training in Food Safety and GMP. Benefits include holidays, pension, life cover and staff discounts, with secure on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Food Safety and GMP practices.
• Ability to follow PPE rules and personal safety procedures.
• Basic English comprehension and maths skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production lines on the Sutton Bridge site.
• Help ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
• Support shift tasks and collaborate with a small, focused team.
