Job summary

Contract Labour Solutions Ltd are looking for a Skilled Fabricator to join our clients growing team, producing high-quality architectural street furniture and structural components. You’ll work from detailed fabrication drawings, delivering precision work across mild and stainless steel projects.

Fabricate and weld components (MIG & TIG), read drawings, maintain quality and safety standards, mentor apprentices when needed, and collaborate to meet deadlines in a supportive, ISO 9001 compliant

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general fabrication and MIG/TIG welding (mild & stainless steel).
• Experience manufacturing staircases, balustrades, or similar structures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• A team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld (MIG & TIG) components to a high standard.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately.
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace, following company H&S procedures.
• Support and mentor semi-skilled team members or apprentices when needed.
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and uphold ISO 9001 standards.
