Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join Bruno Lounge’s kitchen. We’re part of a growing Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. We offer up to £13.20/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff food from day one, and 50% off food & drinks across our brands from day one.

You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, keep the kitchen clean and safe, follow allergen processes, and work with FOH to deliver great experiences. If you love real cooking in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen, this is a great next step.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Ability to work well with others in a busy kitchen.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure.
• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
