Job summary

Loungers plc’s Piloto Lounge is hiring Chefs to join a busy kitchen team. Earn up to £12.71/hr plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals on every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one.

As a Chef, you’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver our all-day menu, maintain high standards, and support a friendly, efficient kitchen. We offer flexible hours across 300+ sites, with opportunities to develop your career within the Loungers group.

Qualifications

• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Energetic with pace and a positive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec, from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
