As a Skilled Butcher you will have a good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and offer high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in the butchery trade and good product knowledge.
• Customer-focused with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to follow health, safety and legal standards in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders to customers' needs with accuracy.
• Support Butchery sales and maintain departmental profitability.
• May run the department in the Butchery Manager's absence.
• Adhere to health and safety and food safety requirements.
