Booker is looking for a commercial butcher who has a can-do attitude and a real passion for delivering excellent customer service on our busy meat counter. You will bring proven experience in the butchery trade and strong product knowledge.

Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers to understand their needs, preparing accurate orders, maintaining stock control, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within the butchery trade with good product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, be organised and be an excellent communicator.
• Good understanding of stock control process and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Customers, building relationships with them to understand their business and their needs.
• Prepare orders to our customers’ requirements
• Comply with health & safety and legal standards at all times.
