Job summary

Snozone Holdings Limited is seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team on a fixed term seasonal contract in Milton Keynes. You will prepare and present high‑quality dishes, maintain food hygiene standards, manage stock levels and support menu development.

Ideal candidates have professional kitchen experience, excellent culinary skills, strong organisational abilities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent.
• Intermediate / Advanced Food Hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present food in accordance with food specifications.
• Ensure full stock holding of all menu items.
• Label and store all food correctly per safety guidelines.
• Manage GP margins to exceed budgeted expectations.
• Record food wastage accurately and manage stock ordering.
• Check invoices against delivered stock.
• Organise and perform stock takes when requested.
• Minimise wastage by maximizing product usage across the menu.
