Cobalt is recruiting an Interim Client Accountant for a six-week assignment with an established property management client. The role focuses on monthly three-way reconciliations in Qube and resolving reconciling items, enabling the team to manage the process independently.

The successful candidate will have hands-on Qube experience, reconciling client bank accounts, cash books and nominal ledgers, and will provide practical guidance to embed a repeatable process.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with Qube is required.
• Ability to perform three-way and nominal-ledger reconciliations.
• Experience investigating reconciling items and discrepancies.
• Experience training colleagues on accounting processes.

Mansioni

• Completing monthly nominal and three-way reconciliations within Qube.
• Reconciling the client bank account, Qube cash book and nominal ledger.
• Investigating and resolving reconciling items and discrepancies.
• Documenting outstanding differences clearly with supporting information.
• Establishing a repeatable monthly reconciliation process that supports client money audit requirements.
• Providing practical guidance and training so the accounts team can independently complete the process going forward.
