Job summary

Saga plc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team.

You will maintain and publish content on our website using Sitecore, support product and campaign pages, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the SEO and Content Lead, you will analyse performance with analytics tools, contribute to CRO initiatives, and help improve the customer experience across our financial services products.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS (Sitecore or similar) and updating financial services content.
• Strong understanding of content governance, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Good working knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator, able to build relationships across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Financial Services website using CMS (Sitecore).
• Support creation and publication of content across products, campaign pages and product pages.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Review content regularly to keep it up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Use analytics tools to understand website performance and identify improvements.
• Support CRO initiatives and work with SEO/Content Lead to optimise content.
• Coordinate with agencies to deliver content in a regulated environment.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and with designers/developers to manage site work.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities, taking ownership and driving momentum.
