Job summary

EDF is seeking a Site Works Coordinator to support EM2.2 commissioning on the HPC construction site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence for reactor equipment installation. The role involves coordinating blue-collar teams, liaising with customers and suppliers, and reporting progress weekly.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters in engineering with nuclear industry exposure, strong communication, and proven ability to manage 5–10 technicians on site.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in engineering or related field.
• Qualified general engineer, civil nuclear experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a blue-collar team of 5–10.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly.
• Strong communication with customer and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the teams to perform EM2.2 scope of works.
• Participate in internal coordination, progress and quality site meetings.
• Weekly reporting on EM2.2 activities to the Work Package & Task Leaders.
• Ensure administrative and Health & Safety rules are applied on site.
• Capitalize feedback from operations for future projects.
