Job summary

Framatome seeks an EM2.2 Site Works Coordinator to support the EM2.2 Work Package Manager in coordinating site activities for the HPC construction project, ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on site. You will work with contractors and suppliers to deliver the EM2.2 scope, focusing on effective communications and timely reporting.

The role requires a Masters degree and experience as a general engineer with nuclear sector exposure, plus the ability to lead 5–10 blue-collar workers,

Qualifications

• Masters degree; engineer with civil nuclear field experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a blue collar team of 5–10 and coordinate activities.
• Strong communication with customer (construction) and suppliers.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly is advantageous.
• Proficient in English and MS 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Support Work Package & Task Leaders and coordinate site teams.
• Participate in internal coordination, progress and quality meetings.
• Provide weekly reporting on EM2.2 activities to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety rules on site.
