Job summary

Framatome is seeking an EM2.2 Site Works Coordinator to support the coordination of reactor equipment installation at the HPC site in the United Kingdom. You will support Work Package Leaders and lead teams on site, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a Master’s degree, experience as a general engineer, and ability to manage blue-collar staff. Strong communication with customers and suppliers is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and engineering background.
• Experience as general engineer; civil nuclear field preferred.
• Ability to manage a blue-collar team of 5–10.
• Strong communication with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site works within EM2.2 scope on HPC.
• Participate in progress and quality site meetings.
• Weekly reporting on EM2.2 activities to leaders.
• Ensure health & safety rules are applied on site.
