Job summary

Haydon School is seeking a proactive Site Technician - Apprentice to join the Site Team in North West London. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, compliant environment for students and staff, with responsibilities spanning security, maintenance, cleaning and porterage across the site.

You will work 37 hours per week on a shift pattern, with opportunities to develop practical skills, CPD, and hands-on experience in health and safety procedures within a busy school setting.

Qualifications

• Proactive, organised and committed to school premises.
• Willing to undertake training and CPD as part of the Site Team.
• Active contributor to health and safety culture across the site.

Responsibilities

• Support security and safeguarding by securing premises and monitoring access.
• Carry out maintenance and cleaning across the site including toilets and grounds.
• Follow health and safety policies and complete checks required by HASAW, COSHH and related regs.
• Provide responsive porterage and move equipment around the site as needed.
• Contribute to the Site Team's duties and develop expertise in a designated area.
