As the NDT Technician, you will be qualified to PCN level 2 in MPI, DPI, and UT welds 3.1, 3.2 as a minimum. Ideally, additional qualifications in UT wrought products and Eddy current will be pursued, with training and examinations provided.

Required Skills and Experience:

• DPI, MPI, and UT as minimum Level 2 PCN qualifications
• Strong collaboration and team player
• Basic engineering and/or NDT background
• Good understanding of mathematical formulae
• Excellent computer literacy
• Flexible work attitude; travel across the UK is required

About the Opportunity

You will work as part of the site inspection team, visiting various client sites across the UK to perform NDT examinations independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities include testing customer parts and components according to specifications, with regular calibration checks to ensure process and equipment compliance.

Key Activities:

• Perform Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and Ultrasonic inspection of steel or composite parts
• Conduct daily, monthly, and annual calibration checks
• Participate in audits
• Provide accurate reports upon job completion
• Maintain a willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic environment
