Wates Property Services is expanding its multi-client social housing programme in Redditch, Worcestershire and Malvern. We are seeking a motivated Site Surveyor to support planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties, surveying, scoping works and validating specifications to ensure successful delivery.

The role covers site-based work in Redditch, Worcester and Malvern with responsibilities including surveying properties, producing schedules of works, identifying repairs

Competenze

• Previous experience delivering planned maintenance, refurbishment or retrofit works (Essential)
• Experience working within occupied social housing environments (Essential)
• Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
• Relevant construction or surveying qualification (Desirable)

Wates Property Services is continuing to grow following the successful tendor of major planned maintenance contract. Youwill play a key role on a multi-client social housing programme, helping to deliver essential improvement works to residents' homes across Redditch, Worcester and Malvern

About the Role

We are seeking amotivated Site Surveyor to support the delivery of planned maintenance works across occupied social housing properties throughout Swindon.

Working closely with operational, commercial and resident liaison teams, you will be responsible for surveying properties, scoping works, validating specifications and ensuring projects are set up for successful delivery from the outset.
