Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a warehouse professional for the St Ives Mine site to manage core warehouse and delivery activities, ensuring accurate receipts, stock control and timely material movement.

You will work under the Supply Supervisor, with responsibilities spanning acc curacy in goods receipting, SAP record keeping and close collaboration with transport partners to ensure on-time site deliveries. A forklift licence is required.

Qualifications

• Valid WA driver’s licence (MR class desirable)
• Current forklift licence
• Experience in a large warehouse or supply environment; mining experience advantageous
• Strong IT skills, including SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices

Responsibilities

• Monitor, replenish and control critical spares and consumables to minimise downtime across site.
• Check incoming goods against purchase orders and record receipts.
• Maintain SAP bin locations, stock movements and warehouse records for inventory visibility and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with transport contractors to track shipments and manage delivery schedules.
• Distribute direct-charge items to the correct departments and ensure timely delivery.
• Uphold housekeeping, safety and organisation standards in the warehouse.
