Job summary

Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a team on construction, planned maintenance or refurbishment projects, ideally in social housing. You will supervise subcontractors and site operatives, coordinate daily activities and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to required quality standards.

You must hold SMSTS and First Aid and a NVQ Level 3+; strong time management, IT, and communication skills are essential for the role.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification and First Aid certification are required.
• Strong time management and IT skills are essential.
• Good organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a site team to deliver works on time, to quality and within budget.
• Assess resource requirements and coordinate daily activities across trades and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular reviews, coach staff and address performance issues as per company policy.
• Resolve complaints, inform management and implement action plans to improve satisfaction.
