You will be responsible for carrying out routine site checks, identifying maintenance issues, supporting contractors and ensuring that the premises remain operational throughout the school day.
This role requires a practical individual who is comfortable taking responsibility and working independently. You will need to be able to manage routine duties effectively while responding appropriately to unexpected maintenance, safety or security issues.

You will work closely with senior leaders, administrative staff, teachers, contractors and other members of the premises team.
The Site Supervisor will support the effective day-to-day operation of the school premises. This will involve regular checks, minor maintenance, security responsibilities and assisting with practical arrangements around the school.
The successful candidate will need to be proactive and able to identify potential issues before they become significant problems. You should also be comfortable communicating with contractors and escalating specialist maintenance requirements when necessary.
Previous experience in premises, facilities, maintenance, caretaking or site management would be advantageous.
The successful candidate should be practical, dependable and capable of working without constant supervision. You will need to understand how to prioritise work and recognise when an issue requires immediate attention.
