Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in the North West is seeking an Assistant Site Manager / Resident Liaison Officer for a planned social housing refurbishment scheme in Oldham, Bolton or Manchester. You will report to the Site Manager and ensure the programme runs on time and within budget, uphold health and safety, liaise with residents and clients, and manage materials.

A proven track record in social housing refurbishment and tickets SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are required; salary £36k with £4k car

Qualifications

• SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required tickets, along with a proven track record of delivering Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
• You must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive career history on your CV.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth operation of the site, ensuring the programme is completed within timescales and budget.
• Maintain health & safety standards and promote a positive H&S culture on site.
• Monitor the quality of workmanship and liaise with the client.
• Liaise with residents and keep them updated on construction progress.
• Order and manage materials as required.
