Job summary

East West Connect Ltd is seeking a skilled Passive Fire Protection Coordinator to support delivery and coordination of passive fire protection projects. You will assist project managers, site teams and fire stopping operatives, planning site setups and ensuring QSHE compliance.

The role involves providing site-based compliance information, audits, toolbox talks, and maintaining accreditations. You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders while promoting health, safety and

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of passive fire stopping, fire doors and products.
• Understanding of construction, contract management and safe working practices.
• Knowledge of current legislation, compliance requirements and ISO systems.
• Current First Aid certificate.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within construction.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams in meeting QSHE and client requirements.
• Maintain passive fire accreditations and compliance standards.
• Build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Promote a strong culture of health, safety and quality.

Key Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of passive fire stopping, fire doors and associated products.
• Understanding of construction, contract management and safe working practices.
• Knowledge of current legislation, compliance requirements and ISO systems.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations within construction.
• Current First Aid certificate., Extensive passive fire protection experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS Black Card.
• FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation.
• Fire door and fire stopping experience.
• NVQ Level 3+ in Passive Fire Protection.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Experience working on large live projects.
• Knowledge of passive fire regulations and compliance auditing., Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
