Job summary

Reliable Contractors LTD is seeking a Supervisor for Water Orton (B46 1DZ) to oversee site activities on a major UK infrastructure project. The role is full-time, PAYE, with a focus on safety, progress tracking and coordination with subcontractors on a long-term program.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS Gold/Black, SSSTS, proven site supervision experience, and a full UK driving licence. A strong commitment to safe systems of work is essential to manage risks on site.

Qualifications

• CSCS Gold or Black Card required.
• SSSTS qualification required.
• Experience in construction and site supervision.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities and site operatives to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed to the required standards.
• Ensure RAMS and safe systems of work are followed.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
• Identify hazards, report issues and promote a safe working environment.
